STOPPING THE MIND-CHATTER

I’ve been reading a lot lately about how much trouble people are having with their incessant mind-chatter.  It is proving extremely difficult for many of you to stem the constant flow of ‘noise’ that your ego-mind seems to love to generate, keeping you distracted with superficial material concerns and interpersonal dramas, while keeping your attention away from the really important things in life.  Since I was able to stop my own mind-chatter – consciously and completely – many years ago, maybe I can be of some assistance here by sharing my most effective technique with you (mentioned in one of my previous posts back in December, here).

It’s really, really, really simple.  And btw, the original statement actually comes from the Christian Bible, so not even the most conservative among you should have any ‘issues’ with it (though your fear-ridden ego may try to convince you otherwise).  This is what you do:  When the ridiculous chatter has you batty, just make this statement in your head, using as assertive and confident a tone as you can muster . . . .

‘BE STILL, AND KNOW, I AM LOVE!’

That’s it. That’s all you need to do.  In the beginning, you will probably need to repeat this ‘mantra’ several times before it becomes effective.  With time, however, it will succeed in stopping that annoying little voice in your head immediately with the first firm utterance.  Eventually, you’ll find (like I did) that just having the thought of making the statement, or the desire to quiet your mind, will be enough to make it so.  The verbal statement becomes completely internalized and ‘assumed’, you see, and therefore unnecessary.

You can also ‘customize’ this statement for specific situations or purposes.  Try replacing the word ‘Love’ with one of the following, depending on your desired effect or result:   Spirit . . . Joy . . . Worthy . . . Fun . . . Light . . . Confident . . . . Safe . . . . Happy . . . . Good.  Follow your Inner Guidance, and play with it!  Whatever works best, right?

FYI, the original statement (from the Bible, remember) uses the word ‘God’ — which is what I myself used, and very successfully so, for this amazingly effective technique (before my ‘customizing’ began that is).  I understand, however, that many people out there may take serious issue with this Truth, and so will not even try it out.  This is why I have presented it in this manner.  Hopefully you can quickly arrive at the place of Self-knowledge and Self-esteem to be able to utilize this miraculous tool in its original form.

Lastly, don’t be shy about using this mantra, or a modified variation thereof, for the purpose of initiating deep meditation.  It works great!  Again, one of its most appealing qualities IS its flexibility/adaptability.  Above all, though, just do it, and reap the powerful, amazing, and perpetual accumulative benefits!

There are many people who have spent lifetimes striving to reach their dreams and goals which they believe will one day make them happy. Yet, most find themselves addicted to the pursuit of their vision, and the fantasy of what may come, instead of actually enjoying being happy in their lives today. The truth is there are as many distractions inside us as there are on the outside of us, and they are ALL excuses that say it’s not possible to be happy right now. The secret we have discovered to becoming unstoppably happy is simply to see how happiness is not far away at all. It is always a choice readily available to you in each new moment.

When the understanding sinks in that your inner happiness is not based upon anything in the outer world, you start the journey towards being truly liberated and empowered. No matter how people react in life, you don’t have to wallow in sadness, negativity or pain. You can choose to feel it momentarily and move on into joy and appreciation because it is simply an availalbe choice! However your choose to respond to those people in your outer world results in what experience you’re accepting on your inner world, and this greatly impacts how you feel about yourself. You are always interpreting situations and events in your life, so why not choose the response that opens those doors towards feelings of expansion, serenity, appreciation and continuous jubilation!

Happiness is a FEELING that is always available to you. It can be accessed instantly whenever you remember that acceptance, appreciation and self approval is always a choice. It is possible in each moment to love yourself and accept life exactly as it is. It’s that simple! Make the decision right now that NOTHING, yes absolutely nothing, can stop you from choosing joy, appreciation and relaxation in any moment. There is nothing more powerful than having this choice. When you accept this, you’ll discover a deeper freedom hidden inside you that is continuously emanating from the very core of your being.

CHOICE (again)

Our world has entered an epoch of serious upheaval.  What is being ‘heaved upwards’?  EVERYTHING!  All that was ‘low’ – hidden, suppressed, depressed, subconscious, dense, of lower vibration — is being pulled up to the surface of our consciousness to be exposed, energized, processed, healed, transformed and made to vibrate at the higher levels that humanity is now entering – or eliminated, simply removed from our world.  Every single fundamental concept of ‘life on planet Earth’ that we were told was ‘reality’ is being challenged and, for the most part, shown to be not nearly as ‘solid’ or ‘unshakeable’ as our parents, teachers, bosses and politicians would like us to believe.  As a result, each and every human being on this planet is currently being faced with a very critical Choice – a choice for which the phrase ‘if you choose not to decide, that in itself is a choice’ does not apply.  THIS time, everybody must make this Choice consciously, you see.  By the time the northern winter solstice comes around, that Choice shall be made very plain to each and every person still living on this planet, even if they are completely isolated out in the jungles of Borneo wearing nothing but loincloths and smiles.

THE WHEEL HAS STOPPED TURNING

The ‘Wheel of Karma’ has stopped, and we have already entered a period of no-karma, an epoch that the Maya call no-time, the period of transition.  We must prepare for what is to come.  The cycle of what is termed ‘duality’ is over.  The movies Thrive, Zeitgeist, Esoteric Agenda, Kymatica, etc. all lay out this reality from different perspectives.

Regarding the PTW (Powers That Were), Controllers, Cabal, Dark Forces, Illuminati, etc. . . . . .  Those misguided fools are simply playing out their previously scripted roles – some a bit too much I must admit.  They have played the oppressed at one time or another in our past, or shall in the future – but not on this planet.  Wittingly or not, they are being used as a tool to awaken humanity.  As the book ET101 (by Diana Luppi) put it a couple of decades ago, they are ‘sacred cowpokes on a sacred cowherd’ (please check that book out – very funny, succinct, profound wisdom there!).  Their aggressive tactics of mind and population control worked wonders for me, as they got me to start questioning, investigating, challenging, seeking the underlying (actively suppressed) truth of our situation, and later our very existence.  Think about that for a minute before rebelling instinctively and emotionally at the concept.  They are NOT ‘the enemy’, you see, but appear to actually serve us (yes, I use that word intentionally) as scripted characters in the Grand Scheme Of Things.  If it weren’t for their horrific, heinous, nefarious acts and attitudes, the vast majority of humanity would go right on sleeping through this, the greatest upcoming event in our entire history!  Accept them, forgive them, bless them, and pray that they see the Light, capitulate, and understand that THEIR best and highest and even most intelligent and comfortable choice is to stop resisting the inevitable, get with the Divine Program, and help the rest of humanity through this challenging process (many of ‘them’ have actually already done that, as those deeply personally involved in the global financial scandals can tell you).  It is critical for all of us that we STOP giving them so much of our energy by focusing on them and their ridiculous manipulative hijinx – and the past – and start focusing exclusively on our own personal growth and expansion into the New Earth way of life NOW.  For me, to focus one’s mind and energies on the demolition of an ugly, decrepit, poorly constructed 3D building, while a stunningly beautiful 5D theme park is being built right next door, with all your favorite rides and activities, is just a complete waste of precious time, no?  Let the dead bury the dead, I say.

P.S. – For a wonderful re-mind-er of how to improve your mental state quickly, and get into the flow of the positive, and make the highest and best CHOICE in this matter, check out a book by a very astute therapist and motivational speaker called Happiness Is A Choice ( by Barry Neil Karfman).  It helped me get better control of my attitude around 10 years ago, when I was going through some deeply serious challenges (one of the many in this lifetime).  Maybe it’ll help you, too.  Oh, and also check out the Go Gratitude! people.  They provide awesome thoughts, ideas, exercises and the like that really, really help to see things from a higher perspective – and make it fun!

A FUN, EXPANSIVE EXERCISE (two actually)

Hi!  Many wonderful things are happening on our planet right now.  Some of them, however, may cause a few of you to go into ‘fear mode’ again.  Please reconsider this very unwise reaction to current events!  We are all about to be truly liberated from the yolk (sic, on purpose, pun intended, lol) of slavery to the Powers That Were, so don’t worry, and be happy, folks!

Today I’d like to give you a really fun and enriching meditation exercise that you can do anywhere, and any when.  The following version is my own, and is simply a slight expansion of one one I saw recently on line (I forget where, but it was a channeled message from our Friends On High – no copyright has ever been filed!).  Besides, it’s really, really, really simple!

Before I describe it (and another one I just ran across for those who can’t stop their egos from launching them into that ‘fear mode’ state), I’ll try to create for you an image of how I ‘see’ our ‘beingness’ for the purposes of this exercise.  It’ll make the image-ing process a bit easier for you, though I shall not make any claims as to the ‘absolute accuracy’ of how I view things.  Whatever helps the visualization process is what I’m after here, NOT create an intellectual treatise on what our energetic beings ‘looks like’ in the third dimension (I mean, how boring would that be?).

In my mind’s eye, I see our energetic selves in this world matrix as a thin layer of material consciousness ‘encapsulating’ a very beautiful Light of extremely high frequency.  This outer layer forms the shape of your physical body.  Most of the time, this Light is fully contained by the denser, ‘harder’ outer shell (ego structure, material consciousness, lower mind — whatever you want to call it) – which means that most people and animals around you feel primarily that energy from you, and not your Inner Light.  OK.

The exercise is this:  Visualize this Inner Light of yours expanding outwards in all directions.  Feel it doing this.  See it going upwards above your head, downwards below your feet, and flowing around you in all directions, forming a brilliant whitish ball of Pure Energy that goes far beyond the ‘denser’ outer layer.  The original idea that I ran across said to imagine your Light expanding out to a ball of several meters in diameter.  Nah!  I decided to make the sphere around 200 meters in diameter!  This would allow it to not only cocoon all the people and pets in my personal household, but also include anybody walking on the road, at least one neighbor and their family, the stream, the coffee plantation across the street, the local evangelical church, etc.  Now, one can take this thing as far as you want to, and continue to expand your Light to include the entire planet, or even the entire Universe, right?  For those of you who feel you can do that, go for it!  The more the merrier, right?  It ALL helps . . . . .

BTW, I do this sometimes while walking, driving my car, working, watering the garden, etc.  Hey, why not?  Now here’s the second exercise, freshly downloaded and copied from the reference below:

We have spoken to you often of your need to clear your negative emotions that are tied to your experiences here, and we would like to touch upon how you can better achieve this. Find yourself a very quiet place where you can be alone, and a place where you can sit quietly in darkness would be very opportune. Sit quietly and begin to take in breaths slowly and deeply. Quiet your mind by focusing only on your breaths. In-out. In-out. Slowly, very slowly. Allow yourself to understand that all has been for your benefit and upliftment. Allow yourself to understand that nothing you have experienced here has occurred without your prior consent. Allow yourself to forgive yourself and understand the guilt you carry with you is nothing but a lower dimensional symptom that has no place in the higher realms and will vanish upon your ascension and your return home, and that you have the power to release this guilt today. Guilt and shame do not have to be a part of these lessons you have learned. Release them as you breathe deep and breathe slow. Release them. They are not necessary, and they mean nothing. Continue to breathe, and when you feel ready begin the rest of your day and the rest of your new life free of these emotions. They no longer serve you and they are no longer needed. You are free of them.

FOCUS AND PERSPECTIVE – AND A HANDY TECHNIQUE FOR STRESS REDUCTION

There is a LOT of activity occurring right now on our little planet. A tremendous amount. Unfortunately, the vast majority of us are only being ‘allowed’ to see the, uh, less-than-positive aspects of things – from a very specific point of view, of course. For myself, I started looking into the whole question of ‘how the world really works’ way back before I even hit the 20-year mark in this particular incarnation. I’ve ‘been there and done that’ regarding researching and understanding the true history of empire, oligarchic rule, and plutocracy in the West. I am very glad to report now though that ‘their’ very extensive global empire is falling apart at the seams as you read this, crumbling like the house of cards that it is, because too many people are now waking up to the reality of their control and manipulation. There are also many, many people with deep integrity (Benjamin Fulford, David Wilcock, Bill Wood, etc.) who are risking their very lives to help rip the old criminal structures down more rapidly, and get the info ‘out there’ to the general public. There are some really courageous heroes of us common folk (the 99%) out there that could use a bit more support.

Anyway, the focus now should NOT be on ‘Oh my God, what nasty people, look at what they did to us!’, but on, ‘Oh my God, how exciting, the way is now being cleared to bring in the New Earth Abundance Systems for all of humankind!’. In other words, let’s put all our eyes on glorious collective future of our species – now beginning to unfold in amazing ways — and let the dead bury the dead. It is, of course, simply a difference of FOCUS and PERSPECTIVE, you see. Where do YOU want to live, breathe, and find your joy? In the old, stale, abusive, horrific, collapsing Old World – or in the new, emerging, exciting, ecstatic New World? As always, it is completely up to YOU, in every moment of your life. I thought that the following excerpt from a recent message I received yesterday in my inbox might provide you all with a little bit of ‘how to’ info to reduce your stress levels over the ‘world situation’. I learned a similar technique many years ago, and a couple of others as well, enabling me to more quickly process or work out/through my subconscious dross more quickly and effectively, and enjoy my life a bit more. I hope it helps, as the majority of humanity is in dire need of a quick ‘reboot’ of their belief systems and attitudes, a deprogramming of the old, failed 3D paradigm of separation and competition and survival mentality and all that crap, and a serious Self-directed reprogramming towards unity consciousness and cooperation and universal abundance. Besides, we could all use a bit less stress in our lives, and a LOT more Lightness and joy, no? Sound good to you?

BTW, there shall NOT be another war in the Middle East, nor anywhere else, despite the propaganda outlets attempting to rile everybody up in that direction. War as a tool of control and commerce has now been banned from this planet, forever. Finally! If you don’t believe me, just watch CNN and/or BBC, and observe how many missiles are ‘failing’, how many ‘false flag’ operations are failing to ‘work’ and how, no matter what Iran, Israel, Syria, Russia or the USA is spewing into the mass consciousness via their media puppets, none of them is able to actually attack each other, despite their many attempts over the past few months. Curious that, isn’t it??? . . . . The Greatest Show On Earth has finally truly begun!

‘Third dimensional thinking is largely fear-based, and many fear-based emotions arise from the myriad limitations, loss of personal power and loneliness that arise from it. At first, you may not realize that you are thinking in a time-bound, third dimensional way. However, you are very aware that you are feeling nervous, anxious, depressed, angry or sad. Instead of asking yourself what outside event initiated these feelings, you ask yourself what thought initiated this feeling. In other words, instead of looking into the illusions of your third dimensional world to find the source of your emotions, you look inside to your own manner of thinking. The best way to catch yourself in the habit of being third dimensional is to be conscious of your third dimensional thinking. Third dimensional thinking is based on time, space, separation, limitation, gender and illusion. This type of thinking brings about many fearful emotions because you are constantly on the clock of what you have to do, how far you have to go to do it, other people that you have to deal with, all the limitations that you must surmount, social gender issues, and myriad illusions. Third dimensional thinking lowers your consciousness and dis-allows you to perceive the amazing reality that is just beyond your limited perceptions. Bringing the source of your third dimensional thinking out of your unconscious and into your conscious awareness is the same process as releasing habits. Eventually, you must “catch yourself in the act,” so that you can transmute your third dimensional thinking into its higher expression of multidimensional thinking. It is through conscious recognition of the emotions that arise from third dimensional thinking that you can begin your process of releasing that type of thinking. At first, you may not be aware that certain habitual actions, thoughts make you feel unhappy. However, if you continue to observe when you feel unhappy, you can begin to trace that feeling back to its source. For example, you may not know why you are feeling anxious for quite a while, but you keep observing yourself. Then one day, you realize that a certain thought, that used to be unconscious and is now conscious, always makes you feel anxious. Therefore, you can begin to change that thought by trying to “catch yourself in the act.” At first it may take several days for you to realize that you are feeling anxious because you have allowed yourself to think in a certain way. Then, with continued observation, you realize you are anxious because you just had that thought. Then, you have the “last time” experience, in which you can catch yourself in the NOW of having that thought. But, you cannot change it! This is very important, for you can clearly observe how the type of thinking makes you feel anxious. After you catch yourself in the act, you can stop the thought just before you have it and transmute it into a higher frequency thought. Eventually, you will heal yourself of thinking in that fashion and suffer much less anxiety.’
